HOW TO USE

  1. Prepare Your Feet: For best results, soak your feet in warm water for a few minutes to soften the skin. If you’re using the file on dry feet, ensure that the area is clean.
  2. Use the Front Side: Begin by using the front side of the foot file, which has a medium grit. Gently file away the thick and rough dead skin cells, focusing on areas with calluses, cracked heels, or foot corns. Use light pressure and smooth motions to avoid irritation.
  3. Use the Back Side: Switch to the back side of the foot file, which has a fine grit. Use this side to gently buff away thinner dead skin cells and to smooth and clean the surface of your foot.
