1. Apply Generously: Apply sunscreen to all exposed skin(face & body) about 15 minutes before going outside.
2. Cover All Areas: Don’t forget areas like your ears, back of your neck, and tops of your feet. Use a lip balm with SPF for your lips.
3. Reapply Regularly: Reapply every two hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
4. Use Year-Round: Apply sunscreen daily, even on cloudy days and during winter, as UV rays can penetrate clouds and reflect off snow.
